At age 19 I did a modelling course with Geraldine Brand Agency in Dublin. To my surprise I did very well and I modelled on fashion shows for Brown Thomas and all of the leading stores and fashion designers etc in Ireland and I appeared on the Late Late Show a few times.

When I was 22 I was invited to become one of the fashion models for Frank Usher Couture London.  From there my fashion modelling career blossomed and I have had the privilege to work for many famous fashion designers and couture houses all over the world. I continued to train in make-up and I have worked on many fashion shows and fashion photo shoots as a make-up artist for companies including Guerlain for 8 years as part of their promotion team.

My husband and I decided to move back to Ireland 15 years ago and I was looking forward to continuing to work in the beauty business but unfortunately I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. I am very glad to tell you I have fully recovered and have now resumed my career and I have also graduated as a Beauty Therapist from The Academy of Holistic Studies, Newbridge, County Kildare and I had my cap and gown ceremony in UCD in November 2006.

I have opened my own Beauty Salon in my home and in the Long Mile Road Sunday Market (I also will travel and provide a mobile service). I am now 50 years old and as I have accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience in the last 28 years or so in Skin Care and Make-up.

I was introduced to Forever Living Products over a year ago by my friend Sharon McCarthy "Independent Distributor" for FLP. She knew about my health problems i.e. I have  IBS which she recommended the Aloe Vera Gel to drink and because of my past history with bowel cancer and I had an accident about 20 years ago. I damaged my back and I always have pain and arthritis. I started to take a lot more of the FLP products and at first I did not notice but it was when my friends and family told how well I was looking, I realised these Aloe Vera products must be doing something good for me and I was feeling a lot better in myself and had a lot more energy. So, I joined the company and I use the FLP products in my Beauty Room and I am happy to recommend them to all of my clients.
